Insurance

At Relational Wellness, we use Headway to handle billing for clients with the following insurance:

  • BCBS (IN and IL only for right now)

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare/Optum

Headway makes the payment process simple and transparent! After your session with Briana, the Headway team will email you with instructions to set up your account, add your insurance and payment details, and provide clear information about your session cost. You can also check your benefits anytime for peace of mind.

Cash-Pay

If you’re not using BCBS, Aetna, or United Healthcare/Optum, Relational Wellness is happy to accept cash pay/out-of-pocket payments for all clients. Relational Wellness also utilizes Headway to handle billing for cash-pay clients. You’ll pay the full session rate at the time of your appointment.
